WonderInnCN is a Chinese boutique hotel recommendation platform. We carefully curate quality hotels across China, providing detailed descriptions, photos, and ratings to help travelers find great accommodation. We are a content recommendation platform — we do not handle bookings, payments, or reservations. All bookings are completed through our partners Ctrip (for Chinese users) or Trip.com (for English/Russian users).

WonderInnCN is a content and recommendation platform — our strength is curating and presenting quality hotels with detailed information. We partner with Ctrip (China's largest online travel agency) and Trip.com (its international version) for actual booking transactions. They handle real-time room availability, pricing, secure payments, and customer service. This way, you get the best of both worlds: inspiring content from us plus the reliability of a major booking platform.

No registration is needed on WonderInnCN. You can browse all hotel content, search for hotels by city, and click through to Ctrip/Trip.com without creating an account here. However, to complete a booking on Ctrip or Trip.com, you will need to register or log in on their platform.

On the homepage, hotels are grouped by city with a clear card layout. Each card shows the hotel name, rating, and key information. You can use the city selector at the top to filter hotels by destination. Click any hotel card to view the detail page with photos, videos, description, highlights, and the booking button.

Use the city selector at the top of the page to choose your destination city. All hotels in the selected city will be displayed. You can also browse all hotels by scrolling down the homepage, which shows hotels grouped by city. Click any hotel card to see details including photos, descriptions, highlights, and the booking button.

Use the search bar at the top of the homepage. You can search by city name or hotel name. Simply type your keywords and press Enter or tap the search icon. The system will match your query to available content and display the relevant videos. If you don't find what you're looking for, try different keywords or check back later as we regularly add new content.

WonderInnCN currently supports ten languages: Chinese (Simplified), English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Thai, and Arabic. You can switch between them at any time using the language toggle in the top navigation bar or footer. The interface text, hotel introductions, FAQ, and all page content will change accordingly. Hotel names and city names are also displayed in your selected language for easy reading and use.

Look for the language selector in the top navigation bar or at the bottom of the page (footer). Click or tap on it and choose from the ten available languages: 中文, English, 日本語, 한국어, Español, Français, Deutsch, Русский, ไทย or العربية. The page will reload instantly in the new language. Your language preference will be saved and applied automatically on your next visit.

Yes. Ctrip (the China version) primarily uses Chinese but also has an English interface option. Trip.com (the international version) supports multiple languages including English, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and many more. Both platforms have English-speaking customer service. If you're outside mainland China, we recommend using Trip.com for the best language experience.

When you find a hotel you like, tap the "Jump to Ctrip" or "Jump to Trip" button on the video page. You will be redirected to Ctrip or Trip.com where you can select your check-in/check-out dates, room type, and complete the payment. The entire booking process is handled by Ctrip/Trip.com. If you don't have an account on their platform yet, you'll need to register first.

All cancellations and modifications must be handled through Ctrip or Trip.com, as WonderInnCN does not manage bookings. Please log in to your Ctrip/Trip.com account, go to "My Orders", and follow the cancellation or modification process. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy — some offer free cancellation within a certain period, while others may charge a fee. We recommend checking the cancellation terms carefully on the booking page before confirming. Please note we cannot make changes on your behalf.

If you are in Mainland China, we recommend using the Ctrip app (携程) — it offers the most comprehensive Chinese hotel inventory and local payment methods (Alipay, WeChat Pay). If you are outside Mainland China, use Trip.com — it supports international credit cards, has multi-language support, and is designed for global travelers. Both platforms connect to the same hotel inventory, so prices and availability are generally consistent.

For any hotel-related issues during your stay — such as check-in problems, room preferences, hotel facilities, or complaints — please contact Ctrip/Trip.com customer service directly, or reach out to the hotel front desk. They have the ability to handle these matters. WonderInnCN only handles questions about website usage and content. We do not have access to booking records or the ability to intervene in hotel operations.

The prices shown in our videos are indicative and for reference only. Hotel room prices fluctuate based on season, demand, booking time, and room availability. The actual price you see on Ctrip/Trip.com at the time of booking is the final and accurate price. We recommend always checking the latest price on Ctrip/Trip.com before making a booking decision. We strive to keep our content accurate but cannot guarantee real-time price updates.
